i've been wanting to do a Stevie bunny for awhile - but have not. This is the closest. She is a custom order for a bunny collector who lives in France. Marie sent me the black lace requesting a Victorian dress. She taught me the word ECRU - which is my favourite noncolour of the mo'. I spent many, many hours on this - the dress. the design...it's tea-dyed lambswool underlay with two tiers of lace...i doubled up the crocheted lace collar (a black button to emulate JET...oh and i made her cashmere slippers. Bunny slippers for the first time. If there were feathers, a top hat, platform elevator stevie boots, random RANDOM scarves..we could get more Stevie...but this is kinda close. This is a prelude. Marie named the bunny Lottie.
